The Nový Perštýn project in Liberec (Greenfeld Group) is one of the large complex projects that combine residential housing with offices and amenities. Since it is being built in several phases, our goal was to come up with a long-term sustainable and attractive strategy that would allow the different parts of the development to be differentiated, not to become boring and old over time, and at the same time to interconnect all the phases.
