Strategy & Insight

Project strategy takes a deep dive into your project and analyzes all the inputs in order to find that one thing, an insight, a story that no one but you can tell and sets you apart from others.
First of all, we gather as much information about the project as possible from various sources: from the client, desk research, etc. When analyzing project's attributes and benefits, interesting details and nuances start to surface, which we then compare with competitors in an attempt to define the uniqueness of the project and its strenghts and weaknesses. Among many results of this analysis are a defined target group, marketing personas, project competitors, SWOT analysis, USPs and a number of various recommendations to ensure the creative always stands on a solid and relevant foundation.
